Yadong Polyether Polyol Series: YD-R3451/1, YD-330N, YD-3048 and YD-360N Grades Introduction

Hebei Yadong Chemical Group presents four core polyether polyol grades widely adopted in polyurethane formulation systems, namely YD-R3451/1, YD-330N, YD-3048 and YD-360N. Each grade is designed with customized initiator system, PO/EO copolymerization ratio and terminal capping structure, forming differentiated hydroxyl value, viscosity and reactivity profiles to match different foaming and forming processes.YD-R3451/1 belongs to rigid foam polyether, developed with high-functionality starting agent. It features high hydroxyl value, moderate viscosity and good flowability. When compounded with flame retardants, catalysts and blowing agents, it delivers closed-cell rigid foam with low thermal conductivity and stable dimensional performance, mainly applied for building insulation panels, cold-chain equipment insulation and on-site pouring thermal insulation.YD-330N is a classic trifunctional high-resilience polyether polyol, capped with ethylene oxide to form primary hydroxyl terminals. Its stable reactivity, low unsaturation degree and low volatile content make it highly compatible with isocyanate and polymer polyol. It is widely used for cold-cure high-resilience molded foam for automotive seating, armrest, furniture cushions and semi-rural self-skinning parts.YD-3048 is a general-purpose flexible slabstock polyether polyol. Controlled PO polymerization brings balanced viscosity and stable foaming curve. The foam produced shows uniform cell structure, soft hand-feel and stable compression deflection property. It serves continuous slabstock production for mattresses, sofa cushions and packaging flexible foam.YD-360N is a versatile compoundable polyether grade. It can be used independently or blended with other rigid polyols, supporting adjustable cream time and curing speed. Formulators utilize it for composite rigid foam systems, imitation wood PU products and special filling foam. All four grades undergo continuous online monitoring and batch laboratory verification, ensuring consistent indexes including hydroxyl value, moisture, acid value and alkalinity residue for long-term formulation reproducibility.
